Tess is a writer, producer, and digital creator based in Los Angeles. Her first feature film, HIM, premiered at the Sedona International Film Festival and played 9 other festivals across the US.

 

HIM has been praised for its “blend of biting humor and unsettling drama”, and was awarded the Panavision New Filmmaker Grant, as well as the Steiner Film Fund award from Carnegie Mellon. Distribution was secured with Buffalo 8, and Tess partnered with the UCAN Foundation to promote its release. HIM is now available on multiple streamers such as Apple TV and Tubi.

 

Tess' training comes from The College of William and Mary, The London Dramatic Academy, and the Hangar Lab Company. She was also a recent participant in the June 2026 cohort of Stowe Story Labs.

 

She has over 60k followers on between Tik Tok and Instagram, where she talks all things reality tv. She has created sponsored content for brands like Fox Entertainment, Reddit, Entertainment Weekly, Raid, and more. Tess has also been a featured speaker at Tik Tok, teaching a creator workshop on scripting and storytelling in entertainment news content.
